MANAGEMENT TEAM
All the founders have various types of experience since they all worked
for different companies, which are both manufacturing and service sectors.
They each bring to the table different personal qualities that will
complement one another as they manage and grow the company.
Inocentia Ramaimela received her National Diploma in
Industrial engineering from University of Johannesburg in 2011. She
has worked with Council for Scientific and Industrial Research on different
sub projects falling within the scope of Umbrella project, which focused
on the fields of Humanitarian Logistics and Humanitarian Operations
Research for a period of six weeks. She also worked with Global Material
Technologies, a company which manufactures low carbon metallic friction
fibers, chips for concrete reinforcement and consumer products. Inocentia
then joined the South African Post Office, were she worked as an intern
for a period of one year on number of projects, one being continuous
improvement. She is currently employed at South African Revenue Service
as an Industrial Engineer, where she is exposed to project design, implementation,
post implementation and continuous improvements.
Mandisi M Manci received his National Diploma in Industrial
Engineering in 2012 from the University of Johannesburg. He is currently
working at Transnet Rail Engineering under supply chain, planning for
production of trains. His daily activities include using SAP to ensure
accurate and timeous processing of production orders, manage inventory
and the logistics and planning involved in producing a train. Before
moving to Transnet Rail Engineering Mandisi worked at Bridgestone South
Africa Brits Plant for 7 months. His daily duties were to come up with
kaizen (continuous improvement), do Standard Operating Procedure (SOP),
determine capacity of machines and ensuring quality (5S) and Suru Raku
(Smooth Operation. He has also worked for the South African Post Office
from 06/09/2010 – 22/07/2011 where his responsibilities were to Measure
and improve business performance to enhance productivity, Improve quality
service by increasing delivery speed, Scrutinize the processes of arrivals
and dispatches of mail in order to improve security and speed of mail
to mention just a few.
Helario Ramosapi, also an Industrial Engineer. He graduated
at the University of Johannesburg in the year 2010. He did his training
at Actom MV Switch gear in 2009 and is still working there to date as
a permanent employee. He then proceeded to do his B-tech in the same
field within the same institution. He joined forces with other Industrial
Engineers in pursuing projects involving layout designs and lean manufacturing,
5S, SOP developments, standardization of work, and also line balancing
methods.
